Why evidence integrity matters
Property decisions can outlive the inspection that created them.
A photograph taken today may later support a repair decision, contractor discussion, resident complaint, property-condition review, insurance matter or compliance process.
By then, the person reviewing the evidence may not have been present at the inspection. Sandford Digital gives that person a way to check the integrity of the digital evidence rather than relying solely on the organisation that holds it.
The Property workflow
An inspector opens Sandford Site Scan, selects the Property workflow, identifies the inspector and property, chooses the inspection scope and rooms, and captures photographic evidence.
At completion, Site Scan summarises recorded issues and generates a PDF report that can be shared using the device's standard sharing tools.
Where relevant to the inspection workflow, Site Scan can reference HHSRS and Awaab's Law guidance. It does not replace the professional assessment of the inspector and should not be presented as an automatic legal determination.

Not another claim of trust
The public verifier is intentionally separate from the inspection report.
A recipient with the Session ID can independently reconstruct the chain and compare it with the cryptographic proof anchored publicly. A successful match demonstrates that the verified chain corresponds with the anchored state.
