What Site Scan proves and what it does not
Sandford Digital is deliberately precise about the claim.
The cryptographic chain is designed to demonstrate the integrity of the evidence and metadata bound into it, including captured evidence, time, location and chain order.
Inspector identity and organisational context are operational attribution controls. Sandford Digital does not claim that a cryptographic hash alone proves that a particular individual personally created an item of evidence.
Site Scan supports better evidence integrity. It does not replace professional judgement, statutory duties or legal advice.
One engine, workflow-specific experiences
The Site Scan engine supports workflow-specific inspection experiences, including Property, Vehicle, Film & TV Locations and Rail. Current commercial pilots are focused on Property.

The report carries a Sandford Digital Session ID and can link directly to the public verifier.
