Sandford Digital's Chain-Verification Tool is public and does not require an account.
Use the Session ID from a Sandford Digital report, or scan its QR code, to check the evidence chain against the cryptographic proof anchored publicly.
What happens when you verify
1. Load the session
The Session ID identifies the evidence session to be checked.
2. Reconstruct the chain
The verifier re-computes the cryptographic chain from the underlying evidence records available to that verification session.
3. Check the public anchor
The resulting chain is compared with the cryptographic proof anchored on Arbitrum One.
4. Show the result
If the values match, the verifier can demonstrate that the checked evidence chain corresponds with the state represented by the public anchor.
What a successful verification means
A successful result is evidence of integrity: the verified chain matches the cryptographic proof that was publicly anchored.
It does not, by itself, determine whether the subject of a photograph is correctly interpreted, whether an inspection conclusion is professionally correct, or whether a particular person personally created the evidence.
Those are separate questions.
Why the verifier is public
Independent verification is only meaningful if the recipient is not required to accept Sandford Digital's own statement that the evidence is intact.
The public anchor gives the verification process an external cryptographic reference point.
Privacy
Sandford Digital does not publish the underlying inspection photographs or personal information to the blockchain. Public anchoring is used for cryptographic proof.
